Rexton pointed to Title IV-E funding, which monetizes foster care placements and, according to whistleblowers such as the late Georgia senator Nancy Schaefer, creates financial incentives for states to remove children from their homes. Schaefer, who called for reform, later died under highly suspicious circumstances. According to Rexton, this isn’t a broken system—it’s a system designed to be abused. Every branch of government plays a role: • Legislative branch writes laws that leave loopholes. • Judicial branch relies on procedure over constitutionality. • Executive agencies look the other way or even facilitate coverups. This, he said, effectively makes the U.S. a child-trafficking state. ⸻ Surveillance and Exploitation Rexton also spoke about modern surveillance technology, noting that smart TVs, phones, and cameras are potential tools for exploitation. He referenced cases where the FBI itself was accused of being complicit in child pornography production through hidden surveillance. The implication? Rexton argued that these practices go back thousands of years, to the worship of false gods like Moloch and Baal, where child sacrifice was common. Even Christ’s words in the Bible—“It would be better for a man to be thrown into the sea with a millstone than to harm a child”—carry prophetic weight here. For Rexton, the elites of today are simply modern versions of ancient necromancers and vampires, feeding—literally and spiritually—on the innocent. ⸻ Final Thoughts As our conversation wrapped up, Rexton’s connection cut out suddenly.
